Very easy check-in. Easy to identify your group as many groups go at once. Free time at each location and a good enough time. Host does a good job and doesn't make anyone feel pressured to sing. Karaoke is sung as a group together which makes it good for anyone wanting to just go for the lights. Although solos are encouraged!

Our tour operator arrived right on time to pick us up from our hotel. Jack was great, very friendly and knowledgeable about Vancouver. My family and I learned a lot. We were most grateful that he recommended we eat before we get up to the bridge. Thanks for a truly memorable experience.

We were on the Candy Cane Karaoke trolley with Andy the elf & James our driver; they made our evening so much fun with lots of Carol singing and laughter. We loved our drive through the city with stops at Bright Nights in Stanley Park & the Vandusen Garden lights.

My son and I really enjoyed this. It was a lot of fun, the host was a friendly and fun young woman, and the rain stopped just as the bus left. The night was a nice Christmas season activity.

Overall had a good evening but the one thing that was a disappointment was the actual Karaoke Trolley. The lights at Stanley Park and Van Dusen were spectacular (would have loved more time at Van Dusen!) It was great to have been brought to these places by the tour. The karaoke was quite disappointing, not much energy on the bus, the karaoke system crashed multiple times and some songs flopped as they were too hard to sing without some vocals to help. The hostess on our bus, while she tried her best, wasn't great at keeping the energy up and often she just stood at the top of the bus singing herself. We were expecting some crowd interaction and for her to get the energy up but it never happened unfortunately. All in all it was a good experience to see the lights, but I think if I had to give a tip it would be to have some vocals on the songs as many were too hard to sing by ourselves and this resulted in more and more silence as the songs/trip went on and nothing was really done to fix the lack of energy. I would probably recommend people to go see the lights themselves, they were amazing :)

Had a great time on the trolley, enjoyed the Karaoke Xmas carols and the light displays at Stanley Park and Van Dusen Gardens.

Always a wonderful time, great carolling ( I lip sync) and wonderful christmas lights at the Van-Dusen Gardens and Stanely Park.
