We showed up in the afternoon last weekend, our 7-year old eager for a cupcake, and our Groupon voucher was refused because "quantities were not available". This might have made sense IF THEY WERE OUT OF CUPCAKES but we sat there staring at 2 packs of mini cupcakes!! The employee refused to open the packages to let us have 6 mini cupcakes to fulfill our voucher!! We had to spend more money to buy a full sized cupcake to appease my son who had been looking forward to a mini cupcake for the entire 3 km of our walk to the shop. I was disgusted by this utter lack of care for the customers. In addition, my son saw the sink behind the counter and politely asked for a glass of water, and was refused this, being told that there were no cups or vessels anywhere on site. Nope. I will not be visiting Denman Street location's Cupcakes again. Such a disappointment.
