Under new mgmt Not very professional The new owners are rude to customers and horrible to their employees I have time left on my groupon with them but I just walked away I would never go back there

Excellent service, until an abrupt close. Very disappointed as I purchased one year package. Groupon refunded me but only after several emails and an attempt to give me a site credit.

I went to 2 sessions, I showed up for my 3rd session and no one was there. I waited out front for 15 min when the technician finally came to the door saying that the machine was broken. I called to book another appointment and no one returned my call. very unprofessional. I feel like i got ripped off as I paid for this service but never received the full deal.
