It was hard to book an appointment. I called several times and left messages but no one picked up or called back. I ended up wasting my Groupon.

Tried to book my treatment prior to expiry and correspondence by email indicating that they were unable to comply however were willing to extend the date. Dates were offered and excepted. Unfortunately due to a medical somewhat emergent situation, the appointment was requested to be changed. This request was in writing and prior to 24 hour minimum notice. The spa came back and indicated they would not honour the deal unless an additional fee of $60 was added. I indicated why this was unfair, however, it was agreed that my recourse be to contact Groupon for a refund of the original deal. I feel cheated and hope you will remedy this deal.
