We specifically designed our 20-Min HITT Classes to target every muscle in your body while burning fat and boosting your metabolic rate. Our vibers truly transform themselves to become leaner, firmer, fitter, faster, stronger, healthier, happier and the results they have achieved are life changing.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Whole Body Vibration is beneficial for all and that is why we and have four different levels of classes to cater to everyone including those with injuries. This enables everyone to participate and grow while providing an effective and efficient way to get back into shape and fulfill your goals.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Working on cruise ships for 10 years we learned a valuable lesson, do not take your time or health for granted. Determined to inspire and motivate others to prioritize their fitness we created the most fun, safe and low impact way to fit in an effective and efficient workout into your busy day!

What do you love most about your job?
Transforming our vibers into the best version of themselves while dramatically improving their fitness, health and quality of life as we build confidence and help them reach their individual goals such as weight loss, improving core strength, balance and flexibility and reducing joint and back pain.

I was looking for a couple classes in Vancouver that would encourage me to get fit. After my first beginner class I was super impressed. The instructor was highly knowledgeable about fitness, and how to reach my goals. The atmosphere in the studio is also very positive. Although the first lesson was pretty challenging for me (as I’m pretty out of shape) I’m looking forward to returning.
