I like the food at Red Pagoda. I've been to the Commercial location and enjoy it. The service that we got from the downtown location wasn't as good. It took longer to get our food and our pho came before the appetizer plate and when we received the appetizer plate, the food was cold. We suspected that appetizer plate had been prepared first and forgotten so that by the time we got it, it was cold.
