Hello, It is very unfortunate you were unsatisfied with your visit. Prior to booking the appointment we were in communication where I sent you a link to my portfolio. As a client, i accommodated your inflexible schedule and shifted pre-determined appointments with other clients. To correct your mistake, the length of my work took 2hours— which is the allotted time required for a classic set of lashes. I only purchase lashes from reputable brands, and a variety of high quality glue for each eye type whether it be sensitive or normal. Any licensed lash artist cannot preform miracles on someone — for lack of better words— that has very few natural lashes to work with. You requested a —very specific— 13mm classic set, which is exactly what I applied. For someone who left a hefty tip, I expected a happy reaction, had this been brought to my attention within an appropriate time frame and with just a general sense of respect, I would have been more than happy to assist you with a refund, removal, and a revisit.
