I had to follow up thrice to get an appointment. Finally made it with a wait time of 2.5 hours. Staff was courteous to accommodate. However, his team did not perform any other tasks mentioned in coupon other than oil change. Did not even topup fluids. Not sure is my time was not good, but did expect this experience.

Seen on time which was important to me. The mechanic was very pleasant and took the time to answer my questions about the oil change and tires. He saw that a piece of plastic underneath the engine needed fixing and he happily did this minor repair for me. I would definitely return for service and recommend to friends.
