I had a really good time at Matador MMA. I went to Bootcamp and Muay Thai, and they were both really good, intense work-outs. The instructor was really nice and patient, but at the same time pushed and challenged you. He also took the time after class to answer all our questions. Very nice first experience at an MMA academy :)

I've tried a few other kickboxing, cardio-kickboxing, and muai thai classes, and this has been the most professional and rewarding of them all so far. My goal is to tone up, not lose weight, and I'm very happy with the results only a few short weeks since starting. The only thing that could improve the bootcamp class is a short guided stretch after class.
