Vaughan Sportsplex, Woodbridge

My 25 and 28 yrs old daughters went. They give you very little instruction. The helmets they want you to wear either don't fit or are broken. They had fun trying to run up the warp wall. I would not take little children here unless you want to pay for them to jump on a trampoline. With groupon it was an ok price. Would never pay full price and we will not be returning

Very small space for the kids to use

As adults going into the sportsplex, my friend and I went in with safety in mind. Boy were there a lot of red flags. The rope climbing was tethered to the metal ceiling beam with a single rope, the trampoline springs felt dangerously over sprung, the run up half pipe and descent mechanism even more unsafe, and our whole experience was unsupervised. I know we were adults, but if that room has a locked door to separate it from other areas of the sportsplex, how is someone (staff) supposed to come quickly in an emergency? As well, we didn't have anyone come in and check on us even occasionally. Luckily I knew how to put on a wall climbing harness correctly, and the beam supported my climb. I'm a light person at 110 lbs, but a heavier adult or even child could easily get injured if they strapped into the harness incorrectly or if they were not experienced belayers. In all I had fun with caution, but I would not go back until it becomes safer.
