At Wicker Barre Studio, the concepts behind barre fitness are used in many different ways—the classes come in five distinct styles. Some focus on cardio, while others tone physiques with hand-held weights and slower motions that leave muscles burning. Beyond that, there's still an array of barre-free classes, though. Instructors also lead mat Pilates sessions, yoga flow classes, and cardio dance parties. Every hour-long sessions is intense, but the studio makes up for all the sweating with free coffee and tea, and most importantly, free parking, which ensures no one has to trade their car for a parking space.
