What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We offer a beautiful studio and all our teachers are certified yoga instructors. We offer ashtanga, yin, hatha, gentle, restorative, sonyoga, all levels and meditation. We have yoga products for sale and also offer along Ayurveda consults and products. Ayurveda is an ancient healing art.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We offer a beautiful place to practice and our yoga instructors are all certified professionals that offer gentle, professional instruction and guidance and will make you feel at ease no matter what your skill level. We will challenge the advanced practitioner while adjusting for the new yogi.

This is Christian Yoga. Don't go unless you are Christian. Also very hard selling. I've been taking yoga for 40 years and it was the worst experience I ever had.

We love people of all faiths here. We do not discriminate. We offer one class called Son Yoga and meditation that is faith based. We are very clear about it. I am so sorry your experience was not what you expected. You had said nothing but praises while you were here. Other than the groupon all your classes were free. I wish you the best. We will continue on with yoga and Ayurveda and recognizing each person as a 'body, mind and spirit'. We have a free Christian Yoga Workshop coming up this month. All are invited!!
