Well, I typically shop at the two top stores they selected, and I think it would be easier for me to continue to do so. They have rewards points, etc. Also, NetPlenish showed it would be cheaper to buy most items at one store and one expensive item at another. I didn't see the benefit of going through them

Ordered items took awhile to process and discount was meager. In addition they cancelled the groupon offer shortly after offering it.

I didn't find that their prices were very good nor was the speed of delivery. There are a lot of other sites that have better prices and faster shipping, like diapers.com . It also took my order a long time to arrive. But their customer service is really good and I worked with them to work out the problem with my order and they were great.

The coupon codes are deceiving. You add it to the cart during checkout and the total shows the amount subtracted but you are actually charged the full amount. Nowhere in the process is this information given. I had to call to even have a refund issued for the coupon amount and it took them a month to issue me a credit. Was not worth the hassle. I haven't even used the rest of the coupon codes I bought through groupon because of this.

Netplinish website has its bugs - when i tried to purchase some wipes which had purchase limits restrictions from Walgreens- it never alerted me and teh order was placed The second issue had been that the system does not allow you to select the seller. it automatically selects the lowest bid - which in my case was Walgreens - which again had purchase limits - which I was trying to avoid. So i believe there is lot of manual processing involved with Netplinish and it is not smooth and tested operation that most users would prefer.I like Netplish customer service - they assisted me a lot but as I mentioned earlier the website has lot of bugs

It's weird and pointless for them to allow the merchant to charge you and then they reimburse you later.

it was easy to use but the reimbursement was confusing and not explained well. Nor was I gotten back to quickly from netplenish when I inquired about it.
