Fred is very nice and proffesional. He talks you through what he's doing and educate you as you go along. He doesn't let you wonder off and fall asleep but it's still quite relaxing. Very pleasant and I have already recommended him to my group. I will be going back.

He was kind and very caring and gave me a wonderful massage! I felt great afterwards and he gave me time to dress and walked me out since I walk with a cane. I haven't recommended him to friends and am definitively going back soon
