Yoga room is heated to 105°: -Protecting the muscles to allow for deeper stretching -Detoxing the body -Thinning the blood to clear the circulatory system -Increasing heart rate for better cardiovascular workout -Improving strength -Reorganize the lipids (fat) in the muscular structure

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We have dedicated Certified Bikram Yoga Instructors who work personally with our clients to keep them motivated and who educate them on the changes that happen in the body while making Bikram yoga a part of your daily regiment.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Once you feel the health benefits of practicing Bikram yoga regularly, you will begin to crave it. We wanted to create a healing environment in Vero Beach for the average person to come practice and realize the benefits of Bikram-method yoga. Practice can help everything from arthritis to anxiety.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing people transform from the beginning of their practice to feeling better mentally and physically and sharing that positivity through the community.
