We just moved 2 weeks ago 11/2/19 into a brand new building and are still figuring out the space. We have discovered that one of the treatment rooms facing Rt 46 can be loud during rush hour and therefore are we working with the landlord to try and soundproof the room. We have also downsized significantly from our old space and therefore have told Groupon/Living social we unfortunately won't be able to continue accepting groupons/living social in our new facility after this month. With the sound issues with this one room we may need to revisit that date and end groupons sooner than anticipated because we obviously want to provide the best service in a relaxing environment and that is seeming to be a challenge in this new space. Feel free to contact groupon/living social to ask for a refund/credit for your remaining 2 treatments.
