My overall experience with the sugar wax was really pleasant, but after 5 years of waxing I expect everything to be clean. Martha missed a lot of spots and I really didn't like her tone with me at the end when she demanded a $10 tip. I have no problem tipping for a good job done, but for sloppiness she didn't deserve the $10. I left really upset.

A service of $12.50 because you came in with a groupon.I have been professionally removing hair for 30 years and never had I have to deal with an ungrateful customer nor one that leaves me a tip then complains about it..

There is parking in the back of the place however if it is filled you will need to find street metered parking which is plentiful. Soledad is located in a hair salon downstairs. there are 2 entrances front and back. Maria and Soledad are both wonderful. The place is clean and organized.
