These people seemed more intent on selling me more services than in actually cleaning my chimney which they claimed was not that dirty despite the fact that I have not had it cleaned in over 5 years. As far as the repair they suggested, I will get a second opinion. I think you should check with other people who bought this deal to see if they had some of the same issues.

IUSED THIS cOMPANY FOR THE aTTIC CLEAN UP AND WAS CHARGED ALMOST $4000. AND HAVE HAD 2 CO'S SAY THEY DID ABOUT $1500. WORK. tHE WASHABLE PERMANENT VENT WAS A 3 MONTH TOSS AWAY..tHE PHONE NUMBER OF SERVICE MAN DOES NOT ACCEPT INCOMING CALLS. BYERS BEWARE.
