I am very disappointed. I ordered a course on dog behavior and when I tried to validate the Groupon no course came out. I lost the money and the course.

Tried to get on site. One minute it tells me I don’t exist then when I create a psssword to get in it tells me I already exist. I haven’t been able to access the course yet. I’m very disappointed and disillusioned with this site and Groupon for getting no response to my help requests.
