I tried MANY times to figure out how to redeem the Groupon certificate and was unable to do so. At one point it brought me to a place where my Groupon item would have been free, but something was going to cost over $70! Plus it already had my payment information entered, clearly indicated NO Cancellations, and one Very large button was displayed to Place order now. NOT a user friendly site. I will be contacting their customer service number when they are next available; during weekday business hours.

$13.99 shipping not disclosed upfront. Need to read the fine print hidden in the end. I’ve shopped Groupon for years never have I encountered such shady dealings.

This is some sort of scam! I ordered the name necklace with a zodiac constellation (the only reason I ordered it) as a gift for my granddaughter who loves her telescope and the stars. However, after paying for the Groupon and then $9 for shipping, all I get is the name necklace. When I contact the merchant, all they say is if I didn't get it all, then they don't have it, that I can get a partial refund or return it for a full refund???? I am not paying to ship it back, are they crazy? It is useless the way it is, I would have never bought it in the 1st place without the zodiac constellation! SCAM! Cheap necklace, no constellation! Don't buy from this merchant...and Groupon chat was no help whatsoever....they wanted to offer me a 15% off another Groupon deal, extremely disappointed!!!!
