bought 5x7 you do not even offer that. have tried sevaral times to tell you codes do not work!!!!!!! was for my granddaughter for christmas. have sent to many e mails

After buying, I wasn’t able to apply Groupon to the order online. I was in a hurry so I just paid. It was promised by a certain day. I got an email saying it was running late, but they would expedite shipping method to make sure it arrived in time. It arrived 2 days late. I could see it was mailed regular USPS mail, no expedited service, the day before it was to arrive.

Never got a confirmation they got my order or it shipped. I emailed them they never got my emails. I called them they never returned my calls. Finally found a place to message a agent and finally got through to them. It was a pain in the butt to get ahold of them. I finally got it a little over a month. I didn't realize the picture was going to be so blurry. I was going to give it to my mom for a present but not now because its not good enough.
