I bought the Groupon from a promotion. However, it never appeared in My Stuff in my Groupon App as other wine and other purchases. This is the first time that’s ever happened in many years of purchasing Groupons. But, I saved my email purchase receipt. I attempted to use it on my iPhone, but was have problems redeeming it. So, I terminated my attempt and tried a day later on my iPad from the same link from the same email receipt. But, when I entered the redemption code I got an error message that I’d already redeemed that Groupon code for a case a wine. Which I had not. There is no order at Splash Wines, nothing in my care, no evidence of a purchase using the code. I was going to try to contact Groupon tomorrow to complain, but tonight I received an opportunity to review my purchase. Please reinstate my Groupon purchase and send me a new confirmation and redemption code.

Redeeming discount process is most confusing. Customer service almost impossible to get an answer. Will not order from Groupon again.

The wines arrives quickly and were handled with care.
