When we bought the Groupon she was close by. We tried to make a time for riding and she always said she couldn't. She had too much personal things going on in her life to accomodate anyone trying to make an appointment. Then she moved up island which was too far to drive to redeem this groupon. She was very hard to deal with to redeem this groupon.
