If you come in a car to rent a cycle, do not park at a meter on the street as the time limit on those near the store will not allow you to leave your car there as long as your rental time. Use the Convention Center / Empress Hotel parkade, but be prepared to have that cost you $6 to $8 for a 2 hour cycle rental. Better yet, have someone else drop you off then pick you up.

Great place to rent from and the staff are great too....they run a good rental place in the heart of Victoria...happy scootering
