Felt very unprofessional. The owner seemed really annoyed when I asked about results, risks, what to expect, etc at my first visit. She flipped open a binder and just showed me some before and after pictures. Told me a test patch was unnecessary. Led me into a small room with a rickety bed. You were expected just to drop your drawers (for a Brazilian) and lay naked on the bed. No privacy and no effort to make you more comfortable. The younger girl who worked there was fun to chat with but the older lady (I think the owner) was uncomfortably stern and quiet. The treatment seemed pretty patchy and overall I'd say I have maybe only 33% reduction in hair after 6 treatments. I had wanted to try to extend periods between treatments to 6-8 weeks since I read it gives better results but that was not permitted by the owner. Overall, I guess you get what you pay for but I'm looking elsewhere.
