I didn't use the groupon before the expiry date and gave it to my mother to use for the purchase value of $75. They took 1.5 hours but didn't finish the job. When she called to ask why they didn't clean the console they said they would have needed another HOUR! It's about 1 square foot of plastic. She cleaned it with a rag and Mr.Clean in 10 minutes. She said that she would never return to O'Keeffe's. She has had a better job done in 30 minutes at the Victoria Carwash on Gorge.

This was a big disappointment. A family member used the Groupon to prepare her vehicle for sale and ended up having to pay extra, and what she did pay for was not done to satisfaction at all. The console area between the driver and passenger seats was not cleaned or vacuumed, in fact was not touched at all. Additional storage compartments in the vehicle were not cleaned. Overall, not a good experience.
