Excellent customer service! For those new to the store, the atmosphere is one of comfort and class not sleazy. As soon as you enter the store you are greeted with high racks of beautiful lingerie that shields the viewer from the rest of the equipment. The more adventuresome can go further into the store and view the diplays of toys and lotions. The sales clerks are very helpful and knowledgeable instantly putting one at ease. They ensure all battery-operated items work. Have been a few times already with a positive experience each time.
