Synergy Health Centre promotes wellness with a three-pronged approach that includes walk-in medical services, fitness classes, and injury treatments. Each service or session takes place in one of three centres that all converge under one roof. In the 3,000-square-foot health centre, clients undergo restorative services such as physical therapy, acupuncture, soft-tissue Bowen Therapy massages, and chiropractic adjustments, as well as treatments such as custom orthotics and Prolotherapy, which helps stabilize joints that are loose or shoddily held together with scotch tape. The medical centre’s doctors focus on traditional Western medicine, and the wellness centre’s seasoned trainers offer group- and personal-training sessions, as well as classes such as yoga and Pilates.
