What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We offer shipping, walk-ins, and in some cases on-site servicing of your computer. In the near future, we will also deploy secure remote connections for our customer's convenience.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
In a market where new computers are being produced at such low costs, we stay in business due to low overhead costs. We offer our customers excellent service at a great price. Our inspiration was lack of fairly-priced repair centers.

What do you love most about your job?
Positive feedback from customers. It doesn't matter what you do right, if the customer is not satisfied, we are not either.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
A customer with time-sensitive legal documents needed retrieval of the documents for a court case the following day. Her computer stopped functioning at a very inopportune time. We were able to retrieve the files she needed, and she couldn't thank us enough. It felt very rewarding!
