Food and wine bar Blend 111 is all over the map, melding and merging international fare within their thoughtfully crafted establishment. Taking an absence from his career as an IT entrepreneur, owner Michael Biddick opened Blend in 2019 to share his passion for travel and research. The certified French Wine Scholar proudly serves as the restaurant's sommelier and barista, choosing organic or biodynamic varieties for the wine list as the former and roasting his own beans as the latter. Approachable yet defined, the airy space embraces diners in search of a well-crafted breakfast, lunch, or dinner; dietary restrictions are also embraced here, as the menu boasts a fair amount of vegan and gluten-free options.
