When I scheduled I neglected to request a female massage therapist. I got an older gentleman named Kim and requested a "medium" pressure. What I got was way too much pressure, even after I requested less. Massage lasted only 45 minutes (supposed to have been 60) but I was actually glad to stop. Maybe a great massage for a guy or someone who likes a "hurts so good" experience but not my preference.

I am covered in bruises, scratches and contusions. I am fine with strong pressure during a massage, but the method was just terrible.
