I went there with a Groupon and was very disappointed. First it is extremely hard to reach them, make, change or cancel appointments. I wanted to reschedule my last session and it was so hard, I just ended up not going. You have absolutely no privacy in the room where you get your treatment, and not to mention that all the blinds on the windows were open and there were apartment buildings right across. I was just amazed by that. I am sorry for the negative review but as a customer I would definitely not go there again.

Did not do the procedure correctly that I paid for and they run about 30mins late for appointments.

Dr. Theisiger is excellent! He does the treatments himself and that is very appreciated!

Trying to redeem my groupon was frustrating. Scheduling was confusing and the place lacks professionalism.
