I bought two groupons one worked fine, the other said redeemed when I opened it. I had to pay AGAIN to get in. I called Groupon the next day and it was nothing but a fight to get reimbursed. The representative continued to tell me to go back and Germanfest would honor my ticket. I tried explaining what Germanfest was and they didn’t understand. Then they thought they found a loophole and said “oh sorry, your groupon is expired so we can’t help you” then sent me groupon’s policies. I tried explaining that it’s expired because it was ONLY good for the ONE day. After an hour of arguing, they reluctantly gave me a refund. However, not the refund I requested. They gave me Groupon bucks. I called my credit card company yesterday. I paid for two groupons, only one worked, and then I had to pay at the door and they think groupon bucks were going to appease me? I don’t think so. This is the exact reason I stopped buying Groupons
