"Everyday we are faced with choices. The choice to do right, wrong, or even nothing in some cases. While making these choices we can also choose how we make them. One could be cruel or kind, serious or silly, boisterous or meek. What's important (to me) is how the choice is made. Say, hypothetically, you couldn't open a jar and a friend was with you. What I would hope is that your friend, seeing you in distress, would ask to assist in opening that dang jar, with kindness. That to me, would be a great, positive choice to make. Though alternately, the friend could also; walk away, be difficult before helping, simply not offer help, crack a joke about your inability to open said jar, or even take your jar and smash it and say, "It's open." And I tell ya, I am surprised more each day by how inexplicably difficult people can be sometimes (mental illness not included). That people CHOOSE the more difficult path. I like to joke and goof more than a lot of people I know, but it doesn't hurt to be human when you're supposed to. So right now I want to thank some people for being kind when it matters. @curtiscrows, you rock. You fixed my day pretty much and I still feel like crying because of how awesome you are. @dannyschultheis for being outspoken and so grounded you probably have roots for feet. Oh, and also for being a believer in the bass. 🤘🏻 @baileypooman For helping me get through the first half of my day. It was pretty easy cause you're so beautiful. @jesssburg for being my work rock. My home base and crunch time work partner. Can't wait for our next adventure. 🌺🌊 @karsonirizarry for work hugs. I love em.' And lastly and most importantly @washaping for being the best, always always always. For being my best friend and lover and most definitely the cooler and better half of this relationship.
