What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We offer a fun and relaxed environment where you can learn to dance, have fun, and meet new people while experiencing the joy of art in motion. We love sharing our passion for dance with the local community. No matter your age or skill level, you are sure to have a blast!

What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?
Come with an open mind! Wear comfortable clothing that is non-restrictive to allow for movement in class. Please ensure to wear shoes that will allow you to glide on the floor. We take pride in keeping our floors in excellent condition for our students, so please refrain from wearing stilettos.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We wanted to be able to bring our passion for dance into the Hampton Roads community.

What do you love most about your job?
Interacting with all kinds of people. We truly love all the students that frequent our studio!

Had a great time trying out A Time to Dance!! I was hesitant at first because I’m not much a of a dancer... at all.. but Rebekah made me feel comfortable and it was pretty painless! Went for salsa lessons and l learned some new moves but it I would still categorize myself as very much a beginner. Also Rebekah followed up with how we enjoyed ourselves the next day, I thought it was a nice touch!

I look forward to going there every thursday. I honestly can not dance but after their lessons I can say I can actually dance a little bit. I am pretty sure about my fourth session I will be a very good dancer. They have a lot of patience in teaching bad dancers like me.

The instructor was super nice and made dance classes feel relaxed and very enjoyable. My fiance and I had a great time and we recommend coming here for any type of dance lessons.
