You do great work when it is done but calling by phone and getting an appt, and your shot rules cost me time, time, and more time. I tried for several days to reach you by phone and finally got in to be told there were no appts available for the day I wanted,and the earliest was......When I brought my dog in, I found out she needed one more shot so that was another delay. Why couldn't you have told me over the phone the shots needed so I could have saved a trip.
