This is by far the worst groupon I have ever purchased. First I drove over an hour for my 3rd treatment of 4 and the facility was closed and did not notify me. I called them and it went to voicemail so I left my information. The following day I called again and they were not apologetic and they then rebooked me. I then made the hour drive again, only to find that their business had been shut down. I called the number and it was also not operating. I called groupon to notify them and they said that the business had moved, I told them at that point I would just like a refund and they told me that I would need to try and rebook with the business and that they would contact the company and they would call me. In the end I never got a call, and I never got refunded for the 2 treatments and wrap that I never received. Finally, and most importantly I saw no results from the treatment.

Very unreliable, hard to reach to make an appointment, don't return calls for appointment requests, office closes without notice even if you have a confirmed appointment.

Horrible place to go, customer service awful. No respect, ask for one thing they give you another. Unprofessional, and the doctors and staff don't care. The doctor didn't even know how to properly administer an injection. Don't trust what b12/pill

telephone number on website doesn't work so I drive 20mins to the location to make an appt, but comp were down so I couldn't make it.The girl who came to the door didn't look like an employee there and wasn't helpful; place looks sketchy in general.
