Very personable in a relaxing environment with an excellent haircut and style

Mary Ellen cut, highlighted and deep conditioned my hair today and I am so happy with the job she did. My highlights were perfectly place and came out beautifully. She listened very carefully about the haircut I wanted, gave me her opinion and I gave her free reign to what she thought was necessary. I am so glad I trusted her. The cut was exactly what I had envisioned. What I really liked about Mary Ellen is that she would talk to me periodically through out the procedure to make sure she was giving me the style that I wanted. The other thing I noticed was that the salon was clean and we were the only clients there at the time so it was very relaxing. I am definitely going back to Mary Ellen for all of my hair care needs.

Was impossible to get an appointment. She was rude and not helpful at all with her hours. Took multiple attempts to reach her and then didn’t end up using because she was ridiculously unhelpful once I finally got a hold of her. She has terrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
