My car needed more than 5 quarts of oil, so I had to pay more. Also didn’t have a filter in stock for me, so they had to order it. Cost me another $25 total on top of the Groupon. Took about 2 hours total, which wasn’t too bad since the filter had to be delivered. I was told they use Valvoline oil, which meets the specs for my euro car.

Even though this “deal” looks good, I was never able to use it. I went to the shop and paid in full for an oil change because they don’t allow the deal to be used on weekends, holidays, etc and my “deal” expired before I could use it. They wouldn’t even allow one oil change though the deal said 3 plus an inspection. So they received over $140 for 1 oil change. Quite the opposite of a deal.
