Quite the Renaissance decor! Very friendly hairdressers. Etsy(?) is delightful! Very skilled. I will be going back for my next haircut experience!

It doesn't mean we used coupon we need to be treated like real customers. I should've listened to the other's comments/reviews about this Salon. I went for a cut and style, I showed a picture but it was way too far. So disappointed, the layers was cut horribly, with a bunch of uneven cuts, the end of the hair is not even layered it was cut straight. FTR I Still give a tip that's more than 20%.

My first time n Renaissance salon love it and Iām very impressed with my hair done just the way I want it even n time , and everyone is very friendly and welcoming, definitely recommending it and yet going back for more hair care šššā¤ļø

I called 4x before anyone returned my call.
Showed up for appt, stylist was a no show
Rescheduled stylist no show for second appt
She did call and scheduled 3rd time-she was late. She quickly cut my hair and blew it dry.
I got home and after washing noticed it was a straight cut not rounded like i had asked and had uneven ends. Texted her to see if i could get it redone-even offered to pay. I have not heard back from her.
