In and out in just under an hour. As expected, they tried to upsell me an air filter (which I had recently changed) plus 2 other system flushes that we unnecessary.

Front desk girl was filling in as regular employee was not in. I didn't see that I needed to make an appointment and subsequently, when I showed up for the oil change - Tune Up Plus did not have the grade of oil my 2007 Honda Fit called for. As a result I needed to spend an additional $30+ so I could have it done within the time-frame available to me. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience.
