The flower arrangement was beautiful and my friend loved it. However, I had to call multiple times and leave a few voicemails before I was able to get someone on the phone. Their website advertises delivery to Norfolk, but when I called to place an order she said they won’t deliver. The flower arrangement was great but customer service, not so much.

I am “So Pleased” with Market Basket in Virginia Beach. If I could give them 20 Stars- you bet I would! On Friday my Nana turned 90, she’s in Assisted Living, and was just told she’s now under Hospice Care. Well I haven’t felt healthy for sometime, so I wasn’t able to call Market Basket until the day of Nana’s Birthday. Spoke to Ms. Free - she was so kind and understanding. Happy customer FLORIDA
