What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
As your trainer I will find out what your fitness goals are and find out what limitations you may have. I will set you up with a fitness assessment where I will check your weight, body fat percentage, and get your measurements on weekly basis.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I'll hold you accountable and keep you motivated! Two reasons many clients fail is because they have no one to hold them accountable and no motivation. I will introduce you training that you have never done before and make you want to come back for more.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I am my own testimonial. At one point of my life I was 200lbs because of the injuries I sustained while serving in our military. I have back problems, and my excuse was that I couldn't workout because of that. Excuses is all they were. If I can go down to 170lbs with back problems so can you.

What do you love most about your job?
I don't see this as a job because I'm very passionate about what I do. The thing I love about training is that I help my clients achieve their fitness goals and help them set new ones.
