Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Pole fitness is a great way to get away from the gym and still get a great work out. Clients look forward to learning new moves every week and creating friendships with fellow polers.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Pole Pro was created to provide the local community with a new fitness regiment that is fun and effective. We aim to introduce people to an atypical fitness/dance routine that is maintainable and exciting.

What do you love most about your job?
We love to see our students grow physically and emotionally. Watching them conquer moves they never thought possible and seeing them push themselves out of their comfort zones is one of our greatest rewards. We enjoy celebrating all of our students' successes with them.
