At Trinity Martial Arts and Fitness, students learn the rules and techniques of Muay Thai. This combat sport originated in Thailand and is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins. At the school, students of all ages train under the guidance of Coach Red, who has been certified as Muay Thai Coach by the education ministry of Thailand and The Muay Thai International Association. During classes, they not only improve their cardiovascular endurance and physical strength but also develop self-confidence and focus skills.
