I bought this Groupon for my wife with the intentions of having her experience some relaxation and pampering, since she works so hard and does not get any downtime. I was very disappointed when I received a voicemail on 7/12 indicting that the Groupon had been marked as redeemed and my wife did not use it. She was scheduled for the service on 6/14, but received a mandatory meeting notification from her boss that day and she had to call and cancel. Because when she left the message she did not specify that it was an emergency, Claudia with Natural Elements marked it as redeemed and would not honor a rescheduled service. I've been a Groupon customer for the last 5-6 years and have never had any issues with my previous purchases, so I was a little surprised on the outcome of this time. At this point, I would not even entertain the option of my wife utilizing the services from Natural Elements and would not recommend their establishment to any of my friends or family. I would like to ask if I could have the money I spent on this Groupon to be reimbursed back to me or have it returned in the form of Groupon Credits. Claudia is wonderful. She gives great massages and my face was glowing after the facial!
