I do not like to be negative, but in all honesty...this was one of the worst massages I have ever had. He was always polite, but his conversation was very glib and conceited...I never felt as though he cared I was there as a customer. He massaged too deeply/painfully; & when massaging my neck, he dug in to massage my carotid arteries on the sides of my neck instead of the muscles; he forgot to massage my right arm altogether; and he left in the middle of the massage to poop!? He was gone for almost 10 minutes! I totally understand that 'life happens' sometimes when we least expect it...but the time lost was not made up at the end as I thought it should be in a situation like that!?
