At Shabach Yoga, we are dedicated to making yoga accessible for all body types and all fitness abilities. We offer classes for newbies and advanced yogis alike.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our certified, patient instructors are committed to helping you deepen your practice. We offer modifications and props as needed. We are available and eager to answer all questions before and after class, and we will assist you as needed.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our founder saw a need to fill a gap and create a dedicated space for people to practice yoga in the Southern MD area. Why drive into DC or VA, when you can experience yoga in your own backyard?

What do you love most about your job?
At Shabach we LOVE to see our students go deeper in their practice and eventually rise up from Savasana with a look of pure peace and serenity at the conclusion of each class.
