I had an appointment to use my Groupon on Saturday 14th. I was not able to make it because my daughter was in a NYC hospital. By the time she was admitted it was 11:30 pm. I franticly called them that evening and left a message explaining why I was not able to make my appointment. Then I see my voucher was redeemed.
You can bet I will be calling my credit card and Groupon about this. Rip off...

Our cancellation policy clearly states that appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE NO SHOW policy published at https://mirellemedispa.com/financing/. Saturday appointments are in very high demand and the time slot allocated to your appointment was wasted. Although we are sorry to hear about your daughter's health status and hope that she has recovered, we ask everyone to be considerate toward our providers of service who are taking time from their own families to service our clients.
