Both my kids (14 & 16) started taking classes here in April. They had no experience whatsoever. Coach Alex has taught them so much in just a few months. He's very knowledgeable & informative. Coach Alex is patient with his students and is always eager to see them improve. The students are very respectful to one another and the coach & staff promotes a friendly community. I highly recommend Sampa!

It's been my second week in the Adult BJJ class and I love it! It's challenging but not impossible. Professor Nathan is extremely patient with new students and goes through techniques really well. People there are very welcoming and eager to help, you don't ever feel excluded because you're the new kid. My experience so far has been pleasant and rewarding. Thank you Sampa.
